Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://lakebossjetski.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Lake Boss Jet ski reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Services. Lake Boss Jet ski provides Jet Ski Rental, Waverunner Rental, Watercraft Tours, Lake Boat Rental, Water Sports Rental, Stand-Up WaveRunner and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Lake Boss Jet ski or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Account Closure. Lake Boss Jet ski reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
As-Is Basis. https://lakebossjetski.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Lake Boss Jet ski makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Lake Boss Jet ski arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Lake Boss Jet ski harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of TX, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in TX.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
